Enterprise Foundations: Obstacles and Possible Solutions for the Adaptation of Enterprise Foundations

In this paper I will first describe the non-extractive (non-profit) ownership structure "Enterprise Foundation". Thereafter I will identify and discuss the obstacles to a widespread adoption of this ownership structure and how these obstacles could be overcome.
