iCourts Database of International Court Decisions
The iCourts’ database of International Courts, available at: http://icourts.dk/, is a systematic attempt at creating a common database of the case-law of international courts. It includes the data available from a selection of the courts studied by iCourts, see for more information the iCourt Finder, with data extracted with computational tools and with information coded for research purposes in terms of specific datasets.
Our database provides the option to search certain common fields like case title, case number and date as well as the full text of the judgments across courts. The results can be further filtered with search filters that narrow down the search results, such as year, country, judge names, violated article, etc.
Users can also view and interact with the available networks of citation to precedent. The networks will be available for the visitor to download and process in their own network analysis software.
