At iCourts, we are dedicated to advancing the study of international courts, with a key part of this effort grounded in data-driven legal research.

Our data-driven work centers on gathering and analyzing data from publicly accessible sources, enabling nuanced insights into the complex dynamics of international judicial systems. By employing a range of analytical tools—including statistical analysis, network analysis, and natural language processing—we systematically investigate the role, impact, and evolving nature of international courts within the global legal landscape.

This interdisciplinary approach allows us to uncover patterns, relationships, and trends that might otherwise remain hidden, bridging empirical data with legal inquiry to inform both theoretical and practical understandings of international law.

Through rigorous, methodologically grounded research, we strive to contribute to evidence-based perspectives on the function and significance of international courts.
