Aktuel forskning
Drawing on a range of empirical methods, Zuzanna currently studies conceptual evolution in international criminal law under the auspices of The Global Sites of International Criminal Justice (JustSites).
In addition to this, Zuzanna examines questions of legitimation and trust in international courts. Through interviews and survey data her recent research―in collaboration with Cosette Creamer― gauges trust in the European Court of Human Rights across myriad stakeholders.
Drawing on insights from International Law, International Relations and Linguistics and adopting a variety of text and discourse analytical methods her PhD work, in turn, explored the legitimation of the International Court of Justice and the World Trade Organization's Appellate Body in the courts' interface with member states.
