Casus Clima
Casus Clima is a student association under the Faculty of Law at University of Copenhagen. The association strives to create a forum for sharing information and knowledge in the areas of climate and environmental law. This is done through lectures and visits from guest speakers, discussion meetings and visits to different businesses and organisations.
We have previously and continue to cooperate with the research facility CILC, The Student Union at UCPH and other green student organizations.
Previous events includes:
- Discussion on Lærkesletten (Amager Fælled)
- Yearly participation in climate march
- Academic event on the climate and environmental impact of the Russia/Ukrainian-war
- Academic event on civil disobedience
- Yearly social kayaking trip with Green Kayak
- Academic event on climate lawsuits
Casus Clima endeavors to organise and promote sustainable initiatives at the Faculty, and create a cohesive social forum for all of its members across program, year and nationality.
