New visitor at iCourts - Marthe Engedahl

Marthe is a PhD Candidate at the Faculty of Law, University of Bergen. In her PhD project, Marthe asks what obligations Norway holds under international law related to the conduct of a military partner when providing military assistance to that partner to armed conflict.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in development studies (University of Oslo) and a Master’s Degree in Law (University of Bergen) and is affiliated with the Centre on Law & Social Transformation, University of Bergen and Chr. Michelsen Institute.
