New visiting researcher - Jeemin Song
Before joining Kyonggi University in 2024, she held research positions at leading institutions including Seoul National University, Singapore Management University. She received her Ph.D. in corporate law from Seoul National University and earned her LL.M. from Emory University School of Law as a recipient of the Dean’s Merit Scholarship. She also holds an LL.B. (Hons) from BPP University College of Law, London, and dual undergraduate degrees in humanities and business from Seoul National University, as well as a master’s degree in finance.
Dr. Song is qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales and as an attorney in the District of Columbia, USA, and is also a licensed CPA in Delaware. Her international experience includes visiting appointments at institutions such as the Max Planck Institute for Comparative and International Private Law, the Università di Pisa, Università di Bologna, and Queen Mary University of London.
Dr. Song will be a visiting researcher at iCourts from 1 to 31 August 2026.
