New Visiting Researcher at iCourts - Yuan Fang
Yuan Fang is a PhD candidate in Rule of Law and Global Governance at the University of Salamanca, Spain, where her research focuses on state–corporate agreements within international governance, sustainability, and energy transition, with particular attention to international tax and regulatory frameworks. She combines theoretical inquiry with practical engagement in international policy, corporate compliance, and adjudicatory governance.
She holds a Master’s degree in Global Political Economy from the Chinese University of Hong Kong,HongKong SAR and a Bachelor’s in Ethics and Public Policy from the University of Iowa, USA.
Yuan has professional experience as a Senior International Advisor at W&H (Taizhou) Law, providing guidance on cross-border compliance, ESG, and governance projects.
Previously, she taught courses in international law, trade regulation, and energy transition at universities in China. Fluent in English and Chinese, with ongoing Spanish studies, Yuan is currently contributing to iCourt’s initiatives on international dispute resolution and governance.
Yuan is visiting iCourts 1 March - 31 December 2026.
