New Visiting Researcher at iCourts - Claudia Zulema Robles Gomez

Claudia Zulema Robles Gómez is a PhD candidate in Philosophy of Law at the University of Vigo (Spain). Her research focuses on the performative dimension of legal reasoning in judicial decision-making, with particular attention to minority (dissenting) opinions from a gender perspective.

During her stay at iCourts, she will further develop her research on amicus curiae interventions, examining their role in judicial dialogue and their contribution to understanding courts as normative actors within broader frameworks of international governance.

Claudia is visiting iCourts from 4 May - 30 June 2026.
