Salvatore Caserta appointed Associate Professor
Salvatore Caserta has been appointed Associate Professor at iCourts from July 1st. Salvatore’s work lays at the crossroads of sociology and international law. His research focuses on how international courts become authoritative, how the rule of law is interpreted by international organizations, and how the legal profession evolves over time.
Salvatore holds a PhD from the University of Copenhagen, an LL.M. from UC Berkeley, an MA from Roma Tre University. Salvatore has been Fernand Braudel Fellow at the European University Institute as well as visiting scholar at Northwestern University, the Oñati Center for the Sociology of Law, Yale Law School, Oxford University and John Cabot University.
