New visitor at iCourts - Marcus Schnetter

Marcus is a research associate and PhD candidate at the Collaborative Research Centre 1385 "Law and Literature" at the University of Münster (Germany) in the subproject C01 "Rhetoric. Reasoning and legitimation in Law and Literature". He is currently finishing his dissertation on rhetoric and persuasion in court decisions.

For his doctoral studies he already visited Graz Jurisprudence at the University of Graz (Austria) and the Seminar for General Rhetoric at the University of Tübingen (Germany) as a guest researcher.

Before that, he studied politics and law in Münster and Sheffield.
