CEPRI contribution to important new Commentary on Business and Human Rights

The UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights: A Commentary (Edward Elgar), is edited by Professor Barnali Choudhury and brings together more than 40 leading international academics and practitioners in the field.

It provides an in-depth analysis of the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, as well as the Principles for Responsible Contracts, by engaging in both a legal and contextual examination of the Principles alongside their application to real world practices at both the domestic and international levels.

Dr MacLeod and Dr Davitti contributed two chapters analysing the Principles for Responsible Contracts, specifically PRC 1: Preparation and Planning and PRC 6: Physical Security for the Project.
