Six academic positions in legal aspects of sustainability and circular economy
CEPRI (Centre for Private Governance) at the Faculty of Law, University of Copenhagen, will host two externally funded, collaborative research projects for which we are seeking applications for five postdoctoral positions and one PhD position.
The positions are available from 1st September 2022.
About the position
Under Circular Supply Chains – identifying and allocating legal risks (CirCus) we offer three postdoctoral positions:
- Postdoc 1 is to focus on certification schemes, the impact of labels on contractual quality and safety assessments and liability aspects (2 years contract)
- Postdoc 2 is to focus on producer responsibility and liability and the interplay between private law and waste law in circular supply chains (2 years contract)
- Postdoc 3 is to focus on the private law challenges for achieving circularity in global value chains (2 years contract)
Under Purchase Power – SPP through private law enforcement PURPLE, we offer two postdoctoral positions and one PhD position:
- Postdoc 1 is to focus on the research question: How does public procurement law impact the interpretation of contract law? (1,5 year contract)
- Postdoc 2 is to focus on the research question: What does the complex interaction between public procurement and private law mean for achieving sustainability goals? (2 years contract)
- The PhD student is to focus on the research question: Can private law limit the outcome of public procurement law, and if so, how? (3 years contract)
