New CEPRI research on Circular Supply Chains
Professor Vibe Ulfbeck has published an article in the European Journal of Risk Regulation (CUP), entitled ‘From linear to circular Value Chains: A Role for Tort Law in Recycling Practices?’.
The article is the first one to look into the applicability of product liability rules in recycling processes and is a contribution to CEPRI’s research project on Circular Supply Chains (CirCus).
