SHOC seminar: Current maritime liability issues

On November 26th, 2025, prof. Stephen Girvin from National University Singapore (NUS) visits  SHOC (Shipping and Ocean Law Group) and we take the opportunity to host a seminar on some current liability issues in maritime law. Professor Girvin will bring us up to speed with global limitation issues and in addition we will look into recent developments in case law regarding direct claims against subcarriers and liability issues related to digital piloting.
