SHOC seminar: The Fjordline cancellation case and perspectives on passenger rights

At this seminar, Lars Rosenberg Overby will speak about the recent Fjordline cancellation case, contextualizing it with perspectives on passenger rights in general.

Guest speaker: Lars Rosenberg Overby is attorney and partner at IUNO law firm, specialized in maritime and transport law. He is also affiliated with the Scandinavian Institute of Maritime Law, Oslo, where he is currently carrying out a research project concerning passenger rights. Lars Rosenberg Overby has taught maritime time law for several years at the Law Faculty, University of Copenhagen and is the co-author of the text book Søret, 2019.
