Most recently, the EU proposal for a Corporate Due Diligence directive (COM/2022/71 final) has highlighted this need. At this seminar, David Snyder will speak about model clauses on sustainability issues for supply chain contracts.

Guest speaker: David Snyder is professor of law at the American University, Washington DC, College of Law. He currently chairs the American Bar Association Business Law Section Working Group to Draft Human Rights Protections in International Supply Contracts and also chairs the Implementation Task Force for the ABA Model Business and Supplier Policies on Labor Trafficking and Child Labor.
