PhD course in Information & Innovation Law- Methodological Issues
The course is aimed at Ph.D.-students at Danish Universities in the fields of IPR, data protection law, media law and adjacent legal areas but is open also to international Ph.D.-students.
The course is based on the basic idea that the legal fields covered by the terms “Information and Innovation Law” represent a number of common challenges and that interdisciplinary studies can lead to valuable insights. On this basis the course encourages discussions of general issues as seen from different legal perspectives.
Learning outcomes:
• to demonstrate the ability to identify legal problems
• to demonstrate an understanding of cross-disciplinary methodologies and techniques
I elaborated onlegal methods in general and the method of "law & technology" in particular.
