Research integrity

Through independent and curiosity-driven research, the university’s researchers and students expand horizons with new knowledge and contribute to influencing societal trends. Principles such as honesty, transparency and responsibility have always been an integral part of conducting research at the University of Copenhagen. Research must be carried out with integrity.

This applies to all scientific staff in all the scientific disciplines the university embraces. At the Faculty of Law, the dean has appointed 2 academic members of staff as named persons to support good scientific practice. Read more about good scientific practice at the Faculty of Law.
