PhD defence: Dan Stausholm Nielsen
It is a great pleasure for the Faculty of Law to invite all interested parties to LL.M. Dan Stausholm Nielsen's public defence of his thesis entitled:

Danske domstoles rolle i at hindre, at der fastslås en materiel retsstilling, der er i strid med ufravigelig ret
The thesis has been evaluated by a committee consisting of:
- Professor Ulrik Rammeskow Bang-Pedersen, University of Copenhagen
- Professor Lasse Højlund Christensen, Aarhus University
- Professor Anna Nylund, University of Bergen.
Supervisor is professor Clement Salung Petersen, Faculty of Law, University of Copenhagen.
The public defence takes place on Tuesday 18 February 2025 at 13:00 in Nanna Berg Auditorium 9A-1-01, Njalsgade 76, 1st floor, 2300 Copenhagen S.
After the defence Dan and the Faculty of Law will host a reception in Pejsestuen 7A.0.16, Njalsgade 76, ground floor, 2300 Copenhagen S. The reception ends at 17:00.
