PhD course: Social Science Methods for Interdisciplinary Legal Studies
The Social Science Methods for Interdisciplinary Legal Studies (Methods Course) is based on a collaboration between the Faculty of Law at University of Copenhagen (UCPH), European University Institute, Florence (EUI), and Geneva Graduate Institute (IHEID). The Methods Course is targeted towards legal scholars in the early stages of their PhD projects. To limit the administrative burden, environmental impact and allow access to a diverse set of participants, the Methods Course will follow a hybrid model, where participants at the hosting institution will participate in-person, while participants from the other institutions will join sessions online.
Goal

The sessions will run in the fall semester and rotate between the hosting institutions. It will comprise of three modules, to give flexibility for students with different needs.
