After the deadline the Dean will pre-select PhD applications that will proceed to the assessment stage upon the recommendation of the Selection Committee (shortlist). All applicants will be notified whether they are being passed to assessment or not. |
Early March |
Shortlisted applicants will be informed of the composition of the PhD assessment committee via email and PhD applications are sent to the assessment committee for evaluation. |
Late April |
Results of the evaluated PhD applications are sent to applicants via email. |

Applicants provided with an eight day deadline for submitting objections to evaluations. |

Objections regarding evaluations submitted to and processed by the PhD assessment committee. |

On the basis of evaluations, decision made on which applicants will take part in the interview process. |

Interviews conducted. |

Decision made on which applicants will be offered a scholarship. |
