Police report
If you have been selected to be admitted into the PhD programme at the Faculty of Law, you are required to send an original police report to PhD Administration. The police report must be sent to us by the due date (you will be informed of this date via email) and should be in either English or Danish. If it is not possible to obtain the police report in either of these languages, it should be translated into English or Danish by an authorised translator. Your admission cannot be completed without the submission of a police report. For further information, please contact PhD Administration.

Original grade transcripts
If you have been selected to be admitted into the PhD programme, the offer of admittance is contingent on the submission of official copies of your university grade transcripts to PhD Administration by the due date. All transcripts should be certified and sealed by the issuing institution. Your admission cannot be completed without these documents. You should request your university to send the certified, sealed transcripts directly to the following address:
