Linnéa's main areas of interest in the law lie in international law, climate change and the law, and human rights law, with a particular interest in the interaction of climate change and human rights. Her PhD project centres on the meaning of the loss and damage provision of the Paris Agreement and it's legal implications.

A human rights lawyer by training, Linnéa holds an LLM in International Human Rights Law (Lund University, 2017) and an LLB in English Law (University of Dundee, 2015). Prior to joining the University of Copenhagen, she worked at the Raoul Wallenberg Institute of Human Rights and Humanitarian Law in Lund, Sweden. During her time at the RWI she worked with research and other assistance in direct engagement projects. 

 

Teaching

In the autumn 2018 semester Linnéa will be teaching International Human Rights Law. She will also be guest lecturing on the courses Climate Change and the Law and the European Court of Human Rights.
