Current research

Werner Schäfke is coordinator of the Research Group on Law Teaching and Learning.

Furthermore, he is involved in the research projects "Interdisciplinary Education" and "Research Based Education".

Primary fields of research

Werner Schäfke researches legal education and the legal profession. He contributes to the development of the faculty's curricula.

Teaching

Legal philosophy, legal sociology, legal rhetoric,

Academic writing for law students on bachelor and master level,

Teaching and Learning in Higher Education program for postdocs and assistant professors.
