The present article reviews the German -Fragebogen zur integrativen F-hrung- (Questionnaire for Integrative Leadership). This questionnaire assesses transformational, transactional, instrumental and abusive leadership as well as leaders- communication. It is available in a self-report format for leaders and in an other-report format for followers.
