The rights of Nature: The potential of ecological worldviews to transform law and reconceive relationships

Katarina's PhD work engages with the development to recognise the personhood and rights of Nature in the law. Katarina understands the rights of Nature (and its supporting ecological philosophy) as an attempt to acknowledge and protect the voices, agencies and needs of all living beings in law and policy. Her PhD work focuses on developments in Europe, and explores the potential for ecological worldviews to transform law and reconceive relationships.
