Minssen gave a talk on personal data with colleagues from CeBIL. The talk provided a discussion on the draft contribution to the commentary of the International Health Regulations (IHRs) related to personal data for the series Oxford Commentaries on International Law. The impact of this work is related to both the specific provisions of the IHRs and their wider legal context relating to prevention and response to international health emergencies.
