The newly published book "Intellectual Property Rights in Times of Crisis" is edited by professor Jens Schovsbo

Professor Jens Schovsbo edited “Intellectual Property Rights in Times of Crisis” which has just been published by Edward Elgar.

The book is based on contributions from the 40^th ATRIP Congress which took place in 2022.

CIIR joins the Pan-European Seal (PES) Professional Traineeship Programme

In December 2023, the European Patent Office, the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), and the Centre for Information and Innovation Law (CIIR), Faculty of Law, Unversity of Copenhagen signed a Memorandum of Understanding on the cooperation in the fields of IP awareness and education under the framework of the Pan-European Seal.
