The newly published book "Intellectual Property Rights in Times of Crisis" is edited by professor Jens Schovsbo
Professor Jens Schovsbo edited “Intellectual Property Rights in Times of Crisis” which has just been published by Edward Elgar. The book is based on contributions from the 40th ATRIP Congress which took place in 2022.

Moreover, an e-version of the book will shortly be available to ATRIP Member as www.atrip.org. ATRIP is the International Association for the Advancement of Teaching and Research in Intellectual Property.
Membership is open to academics in the field of IP including PhD-candidates.
Jens Schovsbo was the President of ATRIP 2019-2022.
