Hjalte Osborn publishes a new article about regulating outer space

In this article CIIRs PhD fellow, Hjalte Osborn Frandsen, investigates and determines the need for new regulation in outer space. The article also investigates the challenges caused by the sovereign states' interest in using outer space and the difficult balancing act that Denmark is placed in between supporting the US as an important ally while still defending the principles laid out in the UN institutions.
