Andrew Keane Woods joins CIIR as Fulbright guest researcher
Andrew Keane Woods joins CIIR as a guest researcher. He is the Milton O. Riepe Professor of Law at the University of Arizona, where he also co-directs the TechLaw program. He is visiting as a Fulbright Scholar, on a Schuman Fulbright Innovation Award.
Andrew is working on several projects related to digital sovereignty. In one project, he is looking at how the public internet is governed by private law, especially contract law. In another project, he is looking at the tension between classically liberal values and the digital world.
