"Public Law, Private platforms" presentation by visiting researcher Andrew Woods

Visiting Researcher Andrew Woods will present his article, “Public Law, Private Platforms,” which argues that many of today’s largest platform problems—in speech, in privacy, and anti- discrimination—relate to the same basic problem, which is the way platforms scramble relatively settled notions of public and private.  Andrew will also explain how this piece relates to his book project about the tensions between American law and the rise of digital sovereignty.
