The Bachelor Degree (LL.B.)

The Danish Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) is a 3 year programme consisting of 180 ECTS points and mainly consist of compulsory courses. The bachelor degree is only offered in Danish.

1. year

1st semester

Strafferet og Straffeproces (15 ECTS)
Retssystemet og Juridisk Metode (7,5 ECTS)
?Familie- og arveret (7,5 ECTS)

2nd semester

Erstatning og kontrakt (10 ECTS)
Individets grundlæggende rettigheder (10 ECTS)
Institutionel forfatningsret og EU-forfatningsret (10 ECTS)

2. year

3rd semester

Obligationsret (15 ECTS)
EU-ret (10 ECTS)
International Law (5 ECTS)

4th semester

Forvaltningsret (15 ECTS)
Tings- og kreditorret (15 ECTS)

3. year

5th semester

Elective courses (2 x 15 ECTS or 1 x 15 and 2 x 7,5 ECTS)

6th semester

Bachelorprojekt (15 ECTS)
Ret, moral og politik (7,5 ECTS)
Retshistorie (7,5 ECTS)
