Bachelor degree in law, LL.B.
The bachelor degree is only offered in Danish. It takes a minimum of three years to complete and is considered equivalent to the British bachelor degree course. The official length of the programme is 180 ECTS points.
The bachelor programme consists of compulsory courses in Family Law and Law of Will and Succession, Law of Property, Contracts and Torts, Criminal Law, EU Law, Human Rights Law, Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, Criminal Procedural Law, Legal History, Jurisprudence and Legal Methodology. All these subjects are compulsory. The main exams are taken at the end of each semester of studies.
