NB. The venue serves a max. of 57 persons, registration is on a first served basis. Parking is possible at the University but requires a parking ticket that is handed out at the venue.

Kurset gælder for 4 lektioner i den obligatoriske efteruddannelse for advokater og advokatfuldmægtige. Deltagerbevis udstedes efter kurset er endt til deltagere, der har været fysisk til stede. Kurset opfylder formkravene til obligatorisk efteruddannelse for advokater og advokatfuldmægtige, jf. § 3 i BEK nr. 1474 af 12/12/2007 og nr. 820 af 25/06/2010. Vær dog opmærksom på, at Advokatsamfundet ikke udsteder godkendelser af påtænkte eller udførte efteruddannelsesaktiviteter - hverken til udbydere, advokater eller advokatfuldmægtige. Det Juridiske Fakultet kan derfor ikke garantere, at en sådan godkendelse vil finde sted ved en eventuel stikprøvekontrol.
