New visitor at CECS - Karl Riesenhuber

Karl Riesenhuber is professor of law at the Ruhr-Universität Bochum Law Faculty where he holds the chair for German and European Commercial and Economic Law. His research covers German and European contract, employment and copyright law as well as legal methodology. His publications include a volume on "European Employment Law", 2nd ed. Cambridge et al. (Intersentia) 2021 and numerous articles on EU contract and employment law. He has also edited (and contributed to) a volume on „European Legal Methodology“, 2nd ed. Cambridge et al. (Intersentia) 2021. During his visit at the KU Law School, Professor Riesenhuber’s research focuses on perspectives of European legal methodolgy.
