New visitor at CECS - Chloé van der Belen

I am Chloé van der Belen, currently pursuing a postgraduate master's degree in gender studies after completing my Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Law, specializing in public and international law. During my Erasmus + program last year, I had the opportunity to study at the Faculty of Law of KU in Copenhagen, where I developed a strong interest in Danish culture.

Inspired by my experience, I have decided to focus my master's thesis in gender studies on the topic of children's shared care after separation, analyzing Danish case law and comparing it to the Belgian legal system. In April and May 2024, I will be visiting the Centre for European and Comparative Legal Studies to conduct research and interviews for my thesis.
