Silvia Giudici is a PhD Candidate in EU Law at the University of Turin (Italy) and a visiting researcher at the Centre for European and Comparative Legal Studies from September to December 2023. Her research focuses on the evolution of health protection considerations in EU law actions having an influence on national healthcare systems.
