New visitor at CECS - Emanuele Cocchiara
Emanuele Cocchiara is a PhD Candidate with a Research scholarship in the field of Public Law at the University of Bari Aldo Moro, Italy. He took a Master's Degree in Law at the University of Palermo with a thesis about the role of the Italian Competition Authority in the public antitrust enforcement and his relationship with the private antitrust enforcement. Currently he is working on his PhD thesis regarding the role of national and supranational state fighting the rising of digital platform’s power in the digital market, which, through artificial intelligences, violate competition rules and individual rights. He passed the state exam to became a Lawyer in the Court of Palermo and he has a Diploma in International politics. He is also involved in voluntary work through the foundation of a cultural association that disseminates the cultural of constitutional and European law in the younger generation through meeting in high schools.
