CECS seminar with Julian Scholtes

On 10 April 2026 Julian Scholtes, lecturer at the University of Glasgow, will visit the University of Copenhagen to give a presentation on the emerging case law on the constitutional identity of the EU.

The topic has recently attracted significant attention in several scholarly works and a series of novel landmark rulings of the Court of Justice of the European Union and courts across several member states. This is particularly evident in matters concerning national judicial systems’ compliance with the rule of law.
