Link to draft: reviseddraftdeclarationrightInternationalsolidarity.pdf (ohchr.org).

International Solidarity is a principle, right, and duty that recognizes the right and duty of states and civil society to engage in recognition of the rights of vulnerable groups such as refugees, migrants, minorities, children, the elderly, women, indigenous people and others who are excluded or marginalized from expressing themselves through censorship, attack, deportation, surveillance, and attack.

The Independent Expert will present the draft and raise questions regarding the potential scope of Nordic Solidarity and future challenges in implementation. Academics and policy makers are welcome to give input!
