The Nordic Company Law Network (NCLN)
This is a homepage dedicated the Nordic Company Law Network (NCLN). There is a long lasting tradition among Nordic jurists for working together across the five Nordic countries of Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, and Sweden, and for that reason many important areas of law are highly identical and share important principles. This is particularly true for company law.
The homepage lists Nordic academic scholars working with company law in order to facilitate co-operation and awareness of who is working within this field at the various Nordic institutions. The homepage advertise new events such as seminars and conferences and also operates an email-list that can be used for more urgent messages to the network.

NTS is a journal dedicated to Nordic company law, including related fields as corporate finance, financial law, and securities trading. It is pan-Nordic and its peer-reviewed contributions are mainly written in one of the Nordic languages accompanied by a summary in English. NTS also covers recent developments in law, both legislation and case-law, as well as reviews of major new publications. NTS is distributed throughout the five Nordic countries and is also available online.
