Construction law is one of CEVIA’s primary research areas. Our construction law research reflects current contractual practices concerning both land and offshore construction and investigates in particular whether such practices challenge established rules in standard construction contracts or general rules of liability in contract. The recurrent angle in our research is to consider Danish construction law in an international context. From 2018, a 4-year research project concerning digital construction law is carried out in collaboration between CEVIA and leading market actors.
