New Article on Research-Based Teaching in the ‘UCPH Fiscal Relations Law Journal’ Course
The didactical considerations behind the course are now systematically described in a newly published article.
The article grounds the didactical considerations in a broad spectrum of research on teaching and learning in higher education and argues how these research findings can be used to address certain issues in legal education, such as a need for more student-centred learning, further development of critical thinking skills and problem-solving competencies. Finally, the article describes how these considerations are implemented in the UCPH Fiscal Relations Law Journal course design. The article is written by members of the Research Group for Law Teaching and Learning, and the Fiscal Relations Research Group.
