New Visitor at iCourts Milan M. Markovic

Milan M. MarkovicMilan M. Markovic is a junior fellow at the Institute of Social Sciences in Belgrade and a doctoral candidate with the Institute for Public International Law and International Relations, University of Graz. He is also engaged in projects with Mental Disability Rights Initiative Serbia, University of Groningen and Aberdeen and under the FP7 EU Programme. His doctoral research has its focus on the analysis of justiciability of the human right to health within the Council of Europe, particularly before the European Court of Human Rights. His main research interests include health as a human right, human rights law, mental disability rights and public international law. Milan will be staying with iCourts from late January to late March as a visiting fellow, in order to undertake parts of his doctoral research with regard to the role of the ECtHR in processing important aspects of the so called ‘non-classic’ human rights, on the example of the right to health.
