New Visitor at iCourts - Agata Helena Skóra

Barrister specializing in criminal defense, humanitarian law, human rights law and refugee law. Currently finalizing her PhD at the Jagiellonian University. Holds LLM degree form Harvard Law School and Master of Law form Jagiellonian University. Worked for European Court of Human Rights, Appeals Prosecution at the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda, was a Fellow at Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law, and a Harvard Human Rights Program Fellow at the International Center for Transitional Justice Burma Program and the Office of the Co-Investigating Judges in the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia. Member of Krakow BAR, Human Rights Commission at the Polish BAR Council and European Criminal BAR Association. Her current research project at iCourts involves the analysis of the prosecutorial policies in the Military Tribunal in Nuremberg, International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda and International Criminal Court, with respect to the existing or potential case law considering media involvement in the armed conflict.
