New visitor at iCourts - Monika Glavina

Monika Glavina is a PhD candidate at the Centre for Legal Theory and Empirical Research at the Faculty of Law, KU Leuven (Belgium) where she also works as a researcher under the ERC-granted EUTHORITY Project (ERC Starting Grant 638154).
Monika has obtained a master’s degree from the Faculty of Law at the University of Zagreb and a master’s degree from the Legal Department at the Central European University in Budapest. Her research interests include empirical legal research, judicial behaviour, and the Europeanisation of national judiciary. In her PhD dissertation, Monika focuses on the incentives and constrains for the application of EU law among EU Member States’ judges.
