New visitor at iCourts - Martin Lolle Christensen
Martin Lolle Christensen is a PhD Researcher in law at the European University Institute in Florence, Italy. His doctoral research studies the use of external judicial decisions among Regional Human Rights Courts and examines how external jurisprudence has shaped the internal developments of the courts. He is currently co-coordinator of the International Law Working Group at the EUI.
Martin Christensen holds an LL.M in Comparative, European and International Laws From the European University Institute and an LL.B. and LL.M. in Laws from the University of Copenhagen. He was previously a Student Research Assistant to the “From Dogma to Data” Research Project at iCourts, Centre of Excellence for International Courts.
His main research interests include public international law, international human rights law, international courts, and international legal theory.
