Mikael Rask Madsen featured in the Danish newspaper Politiken

Previously, the courts have been criticised for being reluctant to extradite out of consideration for the human rights. With this judgement, concerning four Afghans who have committed assault, the courts are signalling that this criticism has been noted.

Madsen also featured in the Danish Radio news broadcast on February 3, in connection with this case.

Mikael Rask Madsen is Center Director and Professor at the Faculty of Law, University of Copenhagen, Centre of Excellence for International Courts (iCourts).
